What materials are used in Mark Ryden backpacks?

Our products are crafted using high-quality, water-repellent materials such as Oxford cloth and high-density polyester, ensuring durability and protection for your electronics.

How long does international shipping take?

Standard international shipping typically takes between 7 to 15 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all Mark Ryden bags. This covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Are the USB charging ports included in the backpacks?

Most of our smart backpacks feature an external USB charging port. Please note that you will need to provide your own power bank to connect to the internal cable.
